- Standard Orders: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Prescription Orders: 5–7 business days (includes lens fabrication).
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
- Orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery.
- We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address provided by the customer.
- We currently ship within the United States (including AK, HI, and PR).
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are only eligible for Standard shipping.
Shipping addresses cannot be modified after an order enters the processing stage. Please verify your address at checkout.
- Report lost packages within 5 days of the estimated delivery date.
- For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
